How long do I have to pay off my invoice?

All invoices are generated thirty days prior to the invoice due date. You have a seven (7) day grace period to pay the invoice from the original due date before your account is suspended. If for some reason you cannot pay the invoice within the grace period, please submit a ticket and we'll be more than happy to extend the grace period.
