I have made payment but my account is still PENDING!
Online payments should automatically process and activate your hosting accounts for shared hosting and domain name registrations. However, if you paid manually at the bank, you will have to click 'I have paid' on your invoice to notify us of the payment. Afterwards, your order will be processed manually.
VPS/Dedicated Server orders may take up to 24 hours to be processed even with online payment. This is because they require manual configurations by our administrators. If a VPS/Dedicated Server order takes longer than 24 hours, kindly open a ticket and we will address it immediately.
