What is order status: FRAUD?
All orders on GigaLayer are automatically verified by an SMS/Phone Call Verification system that provides you a 4-digit PIN at the time of order. You are required to enter this code to verify and complete your order process in minutes. Failure to do so will flag your order as FRAUD.
If any of your orders is showing FRAUD, simply "Open a Ticket" to Billing Department to manually verify your order. We do this to ensure sanity on our systems and prevent fraud or foul play during the transactions.
