Why am I still charged for suspended service?

Even when a service is suspended, billing continues because the resources associated with that service such as storage space, IP addresses, reserved system resources, and infrastructure allocations remain exclusively dedicated to your account.

Suspension typically occurs due to overdue payments or policy violations, but it does not mean the service has been terminated. The system keeps your data and allocated resources intact to allow for quick restoration once the issue is resolved. As such, charges continue to apply for the duration of the suspension.

If you no longer wish to be billed, you must formally request the cancellation of the service through your client portal. Once cancelled, all data and resources will be released and permanently removed.
